Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox was born in Aberdeen Scotland on December 25 1954. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name of her parents. Lennox went to Lennox's Royal Academy of Music, London in the 70s. She was a harpsichord student and flautist piano over 3 years. Lennox was able to survive on the stipend of a student, and worked part-time to help supplement her income. Lennox, while studying at the Royal Academy of Music in London, was not happy in her performance when as compared to the performance of her peers. Then she began to consider alternatives. Lennox played flute in the band Dragons Playground in 1976. The group broke up prior to their appearance on I.T.V's Talent program New Faces. She was the lead singer in The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. It was during this time that she came across Dave Stewart with whom she formed her pop group Eurythmics. Lennox started working for Diva in 1992. It was her debut album as a solo artist. It received lots of praise both from critics and the public. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album by herself was released in October of 2014. The C.D. contains a collection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul jazz songs from her childhood. Lepidoptera came out by Lennox on the 19th of May 2019. The collection consisting of four tracks that were improvised. The E.P. The E.P. is her debut solo album, and is a sequel to the art installation she created at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled Now I Let you Go... Annie Lennox born December 25 1954 is an Scottish philanthropist political activist and musician and singer. The Tourists were a new-wave group that had some success in the late 1970s. In the following years, Lennox became a part of the band with fellow singer-songwriter Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox began her solo career by releasing her debut album Diva in the year 1992. It was the basis of several hit songs, including Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa, her 1995 album studio has version covers of the songs No MoreI Love Yous or The Whiter Shade of Pale. Her solo studio albums as well as her compilation album have a lot of songs.
